Years before we worried about ChatGPT taking our jobs, we introduced the first AI co-worker at KLM.
How would you react if, all of a sudden, you got an AI coworker? Would you welcome them with open arms? Include them in the water cooler chats?
That’s what we asked ourselves, and a few fictional KLM employees, when we launched their first consumer-facing AI assistant a few years back.
